|Epic Homeschool Prom is expanding into two separate events in 2020.
This year Epic Prom will take place in Oklahoma City on June 12 and in Glenpool, just outside of Tulsa, on June 19.
Formal attire suggested. For gentlemen, a tuxedo or suit would be ideal, a button up shirt and tie should be considered a minimum requirement. For ladies, modest formal wear is recommended. T-shirts will not be allowed for gentlemen or ladies attending this formal event.
Epic Prom is a private event. All Oklahoma Epic Charter School students who are currently enrolled in high school, grades 9-12 are invited. Students are welcome to purchase a second ticket in order to bring a guest. Guests should be currently enrolled in high school, grades 9-12 and / or be under the age of 21 years old. No guests age 21 or older will be allowed.
Advanced registration and ticket purchase are required. Ticket sales are non- refundable.
For students enrolled in Epic Charter School, Learning funds may not be used to pay for Prom tickets or any other Prom expenses.
Due to the limited number of tickets available, each purchase is limted to two tickets each. If you have multiple high school students who would like to attend you may need to make separate purchases.
Tickets will allow one entry into the event. If you are bringing a date, they will need a separate ticket. All tickets may be used for initial entry only. No returns will be allowed once a student has exited the event.
No weapons allowed. No drugs or alcohol allowed. No tobacco or vaping allowed.
This will be a chaperoned event. All attendees are expected to respect the chaperones authority at all time.
Due to space limitations, parents will not be allowed to attend this event unless they have been selected , in advance, as an official chaperone. Chaperones are limited to parents/legal guardians of Epic High School Students and/or teachers ONLY. Siblings and friends or other family members will not be approved as chaperones. Parents chaperoning the event will be asked to wear dress attire to the event however, formal attire is not required. Please see the Chaperone tab to volunteer.
